If you are emailing about an order or have a specific enquiry then it is very helpful to us if you include your name, telephone and postcode and an order number if you have one. This will make it easier for me to find you on our order system so I can resolve the problem more quickly.
For general enquiries I try to respond to your email within 2 to 3 working days. If you have a problem with an order I will treat it as my top priority to resolve the issue and be in touch as soon as possible.
Buying from the online shop
All Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. Just browse the products and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details such as where you want me to send your order and your credit or debit card information. When I have received your order I will send you an email acknowledging receipt.
I do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If your item is not in stock, I will contact you via email or phone to discuss whether you wish to wait for when stock becomes available. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and your card will not be debited. I will not debit your card until the order is ready to be shipped to your chosen address.
Free shipping when you order is over £50.00*
Our packages are sent out Royal Mail First Class. You should receive your order in approximately 2 to 4 working days from when you order. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.
We accept the following credit/debit cards - VISA, Mastercard, Delta, or Electron. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK your credit card company should convert the transaction to your own currency at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
